Folio 426: George Argles, Superintendant, Limerick. He gives details of the impressment of Archibald Colvill from the Leith packet of Campbelltown.
Folios 427-428: enclosed in folio 426. Letter dated 18 September 1813 by Archibald Colvill on board the Fanny receiving ship, River Shannon, Limerick. He says that he is the only means of support for his mother and family as his father died aboard HMS Cambrian in 1808. His friends have raised by subscription funds to provide two men as substitutes for him and he asks to be released.
