Folios 411-412: Thomas Alexander, HMS Devastation, off Rostock. John Hyde, Boatswain was acquitted on 16 January 1813 of breaking an article of war by a court martial presided over by Rear Admiral Graham Moore. He had deserted on 18 January 1813.
