Folio 404: Charles John Austen, HMS Namur, the Nore. He reports that nobody of the name of Robert Cann, deserter from HMS Horatio, is aboard HMS Namur. William McCann, alias William Hunter who was a deserter from HMS Horatio was returned to his ship in July.
Folio 405: enclosed with folio 404. Robert Cann, Boatswain, Greenwich Hospital. He petitions on behalf of his son, Robert Cann, who deserted from HMS Horatio having been pressed aboard while serving on the East India ship, Ceres. He asks for forgiveness for his prodigal son.
