Folios 252-253: John Allen, HMS Franchise, Torbay. Sailed with HMS Jasper and HMS Rifleman and a large convoy. The convoy refused to obey his signals to anchor in Torbay and went into Plymouth so he has sent HMS Rifleman to collect them.
