Folio 407: enclosure with folio 406. Letter dated 10 April 1803 from the Officers of the Royal Sea Fencibles of Brixham, Torbay and Devon offering their service, to Earl St. Vincent. Signed by William Smart, Sir Richard Padden, William Rawlyns, John Birds, Samuel Salsbrary, Henry Salisbury, Peter Jarmond, Benjamin Hankyns, Samuel Reed, Gilbert Adams, Moses [Trijer Junior?] and Simon Collins.
