Folio 388: Charles Bullen, Gravesend. The following ships:- HMS Triton, HMS Atlas, HMS Paragon and HMS Sceptre he has selected as proper ships to lay in the Humber at Lynn. They are complete as indeed are the whole of the ships being in the Lower Hope in every thing except ordnance stores, none of which are yet sent from Woolwich, as the Masters have demanded them more than a week past. He has directed them (as also HMS Suffolk) to proceed to the Nore with all possible dispatch.
