Description

Folio 280: Thomas Brown, HMS William, Woolwich. Request to be supplied with 12 Carronades of 24 pounds in lieu of the ships 2 pounders and short 6 pounders.

Folio 281: enclosure with folio 280. Report of daily progress of HMS William for 31 August 1803.
