Folio 210: William Robert Broughton, HMS Penelope, Yarmouth Roads. As directed by Rear Admiral Bartholomew Samuel Rowley reports that Philip Lacy said to be an American was pressed on the 19 June 1803 having no documents to prove his citizenship and was discharged into HMS Monkey for a passage to the Nore on 13 June 1803.
