Folio 209: William Robert Broughton, HMS Penelope, Yarmouth Roads. Reports his arrival as directed by Rear Admiral Edward Thornbrough dated 21 July 1803 off the Texel to carry into execution Rear Admiral Bartholomew Samuel Rowley's orders of 9 July 1803 in the River Humber. Having completed his water and provisions, he will proceed. Reports that HMS Fortunee has arrived and remains with HMS Vesuvius and HMS Etna. That HMS Harpy, HMS Escort, HMS Charger and HMS Monkey sailed this morning. The Baltic convoy with HMS Hound passed last evening.
