Folio 208: William Robert Broughton, HMS Penelope, Yarmouth Roads. As per commands states that Lancelot Biggins was impressed by Lieutenant Colin Milne on 29 March 1803, being 22 years old and 3 years at sea with no indentures to prove his apprenticeship. Encloses his letter [not present] to [Admiral] Lord Keith's [Sir George Keith Elphinstone [1st Viscount Keith)]: having sailed this day as per Rear Admiral Edward Thornbrough's directions of the 10 July 1803 to cruise between Yarmouth and the opposite coast of Holland.
