Folio 206: William Robert Broughton, HMS Penelope, Yarmouth Roads. States he has received orders from Rear Admiral Edward Thornbrough to cruise between Orfordness and Yarmouth and the opposite Coast of Holland, subsequent to Rear Admiral Bartholomew Samuel Rowley's order of the 9 July 1803 with the same leaving directions with Captain Robert Honeyman of HMS Leda to carry his orders into execution as applied to HMS Penelope in the Humber.
