Folio 205: William Robert Broughton, HMS Penelope, Yarmouth Roads. Concerning William Pitman pressed from an American Vessel having no documents to prove his citizenship. With respect to Peter Norbeg he appears to have been born at Malmo in Sweden, is not married or settled in England neither has he received the Kings Bounty. Has accordingly ordered him to be discharged. Reports the arrival of HMS Penelope and enclose a copy of his letter [not present] to [Admiral] Lord Keith for your information.
