As per [Admiral] Lord Keith's [Sir George Keith Elphinstone (1st Viscount Keith)] commands he sailed this morning in HMS Penelope, leaving HMS Mariner and HMS Bold Gun Brigs, with 300 sail of Merchantman that had been bound in these roads for several days.
