Folio 158: William Robert Broughton, HMS Penelope, Yarmouth Roads. Reports that Lieutenant Milne of HMS Penelope returned yesterday with 9 pressed men and another Cutter this morning without any and having on board Lieutenant Mainwaring of HMS Leda. Lieutenant Parker also of the same ship is also absent and may be expected in a day or two. Requests to be informed if I can send any of these Officers to HMS Leda or if they should remain here. States I have received their Commands of yesterday.
