Folio 149: William Robert Broughton, HMS Penelope, Yarmouth Roads. Reports he has no men at present to send until Monday 4 April 1803 when they may be expected nor are there any Gun Brigs except HMS Bolt who is ordered here by Captain Larmour of HMS Clyde to wait directions. In the meantime while he has employed her in raising men off Lowerstoft. Encloses the weekly statements [not present] of HMS Leda and HMS Penelope also HMS Bolt, Gun Brig.
