Folio 144: William Robert Broughton, HMS Penelope, Yarmouth Roads. As per orders has dispatched the Cutters:- Badger, Repulse, Mermaid and Hunter with a Lieutenant on each with a deputation for the purpose of raising men. Has dispatched the Eagle Revenue vessel to Leith for the pressed men of HMS Clyde. HMS Mariner sailed this morning with 29 supernumeraries for the Nore and HMS Harpy arrived from Leith also HMS Bold arrived from Leith yesterday.
