Folio 143: William Robert Broughton, HMS Penelope, Yarmouth Roads. Reports sending 7 of the pressed men on 22 March 1803 to HMS Minx for a passage to the Nore. Encloses the reports [not present] on the state and condition of HMS Leda and HMS Penelope by which it will appear there are 25 supernumeraries for a passage to the Nore. Reports the Badger, Repulse, Mermaid, Eagle, Hunter Revenue and Excise Cutters remain in the Roads under his command.
