Folio 434: Lambert Brabazon, Regulating Captain, Dublin. He has received orders to send a tender to Captain Culverhouse in Liverpool so that he can send some impressed men to Plymouth. He replies that he has just three tenders. Two of them, HMS Concord and HMS Neptune 2, have sailed to Plymouth and HMS Neptune 1 is shortly to do so. HMS Concord has reported that her Boltsprit has been carried away and so she has gone to Padsow for repairs. Another tender arrived in Dublin the day before and Lieutenant Greenway had reported to him that when he left Milford Haven a large tender bound for Liverpool had left at the same time, which means she will have arrived by now.
