Description

Folio 432: Lambert Brabazon, Regulating Captain, Dublin. He has been instructed to examine the journals kept by the commanders of his tenders to see if there is any evidence of negligence. He sayes that at the moment that only one Tender HMS Concord has returned from Plymouth having gone there in April. She has returned but is unable to berth because of bad weather.

Apart from those vessels he has a pinnance which is useless in bad weather and he has had to hire a boat to take seventeen men to HMS La Fleche. He repeats that he needs more tenders to run an effective service.
