Description

Folio 427: Lambert Brabazon, Regulating Captain, Dublin. He responds to orders he has received. The first to hold any Americans that do not have clear documentation that would absolve them from the impress. The second, to make every effort to procure men. He points out that he has a number of men on his books, but until his boats return there is nothing he can do with them but send them home and then they do not reappear when summoned. For example HMS Galgo arrived yesterday but only 2 men reappeared.
