Folio 410: Lambert Brabazon, Dublin. He achnowledges receipt of his instructions and the warrant appointing him Regulating Officer in Dublin and has given instructions to Lieutenants Daly and Lyons who have also been appointed. He asks for two boats to serve each Rendezvous, as he can hire none in Dublin at a reasonable price. Also he can find no contractors able to supply provisions for the service.
