Folio 401: Charles Worsley Boys, HMS Amaranthe, Nore. He reports that he has discharged Charles Bowman and kept Thomas Nicholson.
Folio 402: enclosure witho folio 401. A letter from Francis Engleheart dated 24 May 1803. He is writing on behalf of Richard Bowman master of The Union of Newcastle. The vessel was boarded by men from HMS Amaranthe, led by William Boys who impressed Thomas Nicholson and Charles Bowman who were both indentured servants. He asks for their discharge.
