Folios 188-189: Henry Blackwood, HMS Euryalus in the Downes. He notes that the Admiralty has expressed dissatisfaction with his actions. He asserts that he told Lord Keith and Admiral Patten what he was doing in accordance with the customs of the navy. If they had wanted him to behave differently he would have done so.
