Folios 403-406: Philip Beaver, Maldon. This is a"private" letter which he was directed to send with regard to problems between his Instructions with regard to the Sea Fencibles and impressment and the occupation of the residents of the area. Also refers to his letter of 15 July with regard to the requesting the Customs House to instructed the Collector to get the boat repaired so that it could be used to communicate between the various points of the district.
