Folio 454: William Robert Broughton, HMS Penelope in the Downs. Advising that the sloop Autumn is due to join them, with 15 men belonging to the Penelope who had been lent to the Acasta, but that he and his ship have been ordered to the Nore. Accordingly, he has sent an order to Captain Owen of HMS Immortalite, copy enclosed.
Folio 455: enclosure with folio 454. Order dated 22 December 1802 directing Captain Edward Owen, of HMS Immortalite, to receive on board his ship the 15 men due from the Autumn, listing them as supernumeraries and delivering them to Broughton as soon as they have the opportunity, at the Nore.
