Folio 288: James Bowen, HMS Argo, Spithead. Advising that he still has on board the four Spaniards he took from the Spanish brig on the African coast, the circumstances of which he detailed in his letter of 19 December 1801. Their names are Nicolas Flora, Manuel Felippe, Pafel Felippe, and Esteval Hijhera. Asks if he is to keep them longer, or deliver them to th Commissary for Prisoners of War.
