Description

Folio 275: William Bowen, HMS Caroline at Woolwich. Advising that he has received a letter from Mr Charles Wallace, surgeon of the Matilde, hospital ship, saying that there are a number of men on board the Woolwich, the Alarm, and the Matilde, who appear to be fit subjects for invaliding, and asking him to enquire what may be done.
