Folio 274: William Bowen, HMS Caroline at Woolwich. Advising that the ship has now been fully cleared and ready for docking, and that all the men have now been sent over to the Alarm, with the exception of his boat crew (9 men), 3 servants and a master's mate, and one midshipman, who is assisting the clerk to complete the books. Reverse folio shows a list of these people: Charles Bowen, master's mate; John McDonald, midshipman (assisting the clerk); Boat crew: John Turner, William Turner, William Jordan, Thomas Smith, Henry Lozeron, Miles Redman, Joseph Deans, Richard Miller, Jacob Swarte; Servants: Joseph Louis Pitzna, Joseph Antonio, and Rhys Thomas.
