Folio 253A: Peter Turner Bover, HMS Blenheim, Spithead. Undated, but headed 'Monday' and must be between September 6 and 23rd. He is about to embark on his leave, but is anxious that the ship should be put in good hands as quickly as possible and worries that their Lordships' extreme business might have meant that Lieutenant Joseph Hellard's appointment to the Blenheim escaped their notice. Apologises for troubling them.
