Folio 233: William Bolton, HMS Dart, Downs. Following an order from Captain Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, of HMS Immortalite, he encloses a statement of the defects in the ship's hull, a copy of the survey on the sails, rigging and cables having already been submitted by Captain Owen, and will wait in the Downs for further commands.
Folio 234: enclosure with folio 233. List of defects of HMS Dart, signed by Bolton and also by George Pickton, the ship's carpenter.
