Folios 455-457: William Butterfield, HMS Hazard, Spithead. Reports that at 4pm on 12 May 1801, as a result of foggy weather and the flood tide making earlier than expected, the ship struck on the outer part of the Boulder, remaining there for 3/4 of an hour until they were able to get her off and without damage.
