Folios 443-445: Samuel Butcher, HMS Guachapin, Fort Royal Bay, Martinique. Requests that the Admiralty Solicitor is directed to defend him against a petition to the courts, dated 8 December 1801, for Demurrage as a consequence of his detaining and searching the hold of the Tyger, under American colours, off St Thomas, on 20 November 1800.
