Folios 328-331: Edward Buller, HMS Achilles, Cawsand Bay. Reports that the ship was ordered into port to repair her rigging in accordance with the direction of Admiral Cornwallis. Asks for permission to strip the lower rigging but if it is declined says he will be ready to sail in 7 days. Encloses the Report and Survey on the lower rigging as desired by Admiral Sir Thomas Pasley.
Folios 329-330: enclosure with folios 328-331. Report and survey, dated 16 July 1801, on the rigging of HMS Achilles, compiled and signed by [illegible signature] and [Matthew] Forten, HMS Achille, Cawsand Bay.
