Folio 311: Charles Bullen, HMS Wasp, Carrick Roads, Falmouth. Reports his arrival and that there are no vessels awaiting convoy for either Quebec, Halifax or Newfoundland but as soon as any arrive he will give them instructions and await the arrival of HMS Alcmene agreeable to his Orders. Advises that there are two vessels wanting a convoy to the Mediterranean, 1 for Naval, 3 for Gibraltar, 1 for Oporto and 1 for Lisbon.
