Folio 309-311: Charles Bullen, HMS Wasp. Hamoaze. Advises that HMS wasp has been reported to Admiral Sir Thomas Pasley as being ready for sea except for men. Reports, however, that although the ship has been in commission for over a month, she has had only 5 Seamen on board, sometimes 3, but she has been rigged and every exertion made to get her ready.
