Folios 492-494: William Butterfield, HMS Hazard, Portsmouth. Reports that George Davison who has been appointed Purser of HMS Hazard as not yet joined the ship and requests that he be ordered to do so immediately, or another Purser be appointed, as the current Purser, Mr Davis is so much impaired as to require immediate release from his duty.
