Folio 80: James Bradby, HMS Ariadne, Rooling Grounds. He reports his arrival and has landed several personages, including Lord Whiworth, HM Minister from St. Petersburg, Daniel Hailes Esq, HM Minister from Stockholm, Justinian Casamayor, HM Charge d'affairs at St. Petersburg, J. Smith Esq., HM Consul at Gottenburg, Mr. James Scott, Messenger from St. Petersburg and five others. He will now proceed to the Nore as per Vice Admiral Dixon's orders.
Folios 81-82: enclosure with folio 80. Undated note by Captain James Bradby to Evan Nepean. He asks for reimbursement of expense incurred with these gentlemen, near £100, which he cannot afford.
