Folio 29: Charles Boyles. HMS Raisonable, Yarmouth Roads. He reports finding here HM Ships Iris, Latona, Cruizer, Phoenix, Speculator and the Rose cutter. He has received a secret packet from Captain Sotheron [Frank Sotheron] of HMS Latona directed to Vice Admiral Dickson which will be detained until an opportunity occurs to send it on.
