Folios 374-375: P T Bover [Peter Turner Bover], HMS Megaera, Plymouth Sound. States he anchored in Plymouth Sound on Sunday 20 July 1800 at half past 5pm and proceeded to shore. He personally delivered all the letters and dispatches into the Post Office at Plymouth by six o'clock and then went to see Thomas Pasley with a bag directed for him, which was delivered to his secretary at half past six.
