Folios 218-224: Albemarle Bertie, HMS Windsor Castle, at Sea. Covering letter for the letter from Lieutenant Hill [Lionel Hill] with his reason for not joining HMS Windsor Castle.
Folio 219: enclosure with folios 218-224. Letter dated 8 May 1800 by Lionel Hill, HMS Windsor Castle, at Sea, to Albemarle Bertie. Covering letter with two certificates as to why he did not join HMS Windsor Castle.
Folio 220: enclosure with folios 218-224. Simon Polkinghorne, Clerk to the Postmaster, Post Office Turro. Dated 7 April 1800. Certificate that Lionel Hill came into the office on 7 April 1800.
Folio 221: enclosure with folios 218-224. Richard Fox, Surgeon, Falmouth. Dated 8 April 1800. Certificate that he attended Lieutenant Lionel Hill and was confined for some weeks.
Folio 222: blank.
Folio 223: Blank except address.
