States that the Boatswain on HMS Thetis (Mr George Mackey) has represented to him that he was discharged from HMS Castor, Captain Gower, as unfit for service and requests the appointment of another before getting on board his sea stores. Recommends John Nash, Boatswain's Mate on HMS Prince Frederick.
