Folio 359: John Buchanan, HMS Roebuck, the Downs. The 10 named men were taken out of a cartel by HMS Harpy and put on board his ship and entered as volunteers. He asks if it is justifiable in returning them for HM's bounty as they are in ugent need of clothing.
