Folio 356: John Buchanan, HMS Roebuck, Sheerness. He has Vice Admirals Graeme's order to prepare, the original directions were for 3 months. The Commissioner of Victualling have orders for 4 months. When the rudder is repaired in a few days, then she will be able to follow the original order and proceed to the Downs. He asks whether he should wait for the additional month of provisions.
