Folios 347-348: John Buchanan, HMS Roebuck, the Downs. Asks again on the discharge of John Flint from the HMS Adventure and although he acted with the greatest delicacy, Captain Mansell of HMS Adventure has refused to comply. Buchanan has asked for an order to be issued.
