Folios 336-337: John Buchanan, HMS Roebuck, Deptford. He advises that a 2/3 allowance for 400 troops was calculated but now a full allowance is to be supplied and he has requested this. He presumes that he may proceed to Long Reach since the Pilot is on board. He asks for leave to visit his family 13 miles away. The Officers have given good support in the fitting out of the ship.
