Folios 177-179: George Burlton, 14 Welbeck Street. Advises that he has taken up his commission and will join HMS Haarlem tomorrow. Encloses a list of men that had belonged to HMS Saldanha and are now on board the Flagship at the Nore as disposable men [list not enclosed]. Advises that the men have expressed a desire to sail with him and asks whether they may be discharged into HMS Haarlem as part of her complement.
