Folios 398-399: Sir Henry Blackwood, HMS Brilliant, Spithead. Explaining that when he requested pay for the crew he expected this to be for no longer than 6 months. He requested this as pay was due on 1st April and, understanding from fellow Officers at the Nore, that requesting this pay was not unusual.
