Description

Folios 229-232: Alexander Becher, HMS Medusa, Spithead. Acting on the orders of Sir Thomas Livingstone, enclosed, he left Guernsey and has now arrived.

Folio 230: enclosure with folios 229-230. Letter dated 11 June 1798 by Sir Thomas Livingstone, HMS Expedition, Guernsey Roads, to Alexander Becher. Order to proceed to Spithead as soon as possible and to advise the Admiralty on arrival.
