Folio 45-48: James Bissett, HMS Janus, the Downs. Is sending a list of the sick on board.
Folio 46: enclosure in folios 45-48. List from B O'Brien, Surgeon, HMS Janus, dated 12 October 1797 naming 20 men suffering variously from flux, scurvey, ulcers and being convalescent. A man with flux came down this morning.
