Report on the damage caused to his ship by the Musgrave transport brigantine because it failed to keep a proper look out, the drunkenness of the crew, as reported to by a Surgeon of the 28th Regiment of Dragoons, and the action he took with reference to Angus Gun, his Gunner, an old and experienced Seaman, Captain Cooke and the Isabella of Glasgow.
